Wij werken alleen op afspraak.

Kunt u niet op uw afspraak komen?

Meldt dit s.v.p. uiterlijk 24 uur van tevoren (maandag t/m vrijdag) bij de assistente op nummer 078-6132717.

Of kies bij het bellen optie 2; de receptenlijn.

De receptenlijn kunt u inspreken met naam, geboorte datum, wanneer de afspraak staat gepland en dat u verhinderd bent.

Wij horen dit dan en verwijderen de afspraak uit de agenda.

Zegt u niet op tijd af? Dan kan het zijn dat wij kosten in rekening brengen.

Can’t make it to your appointment?

Please report this at least 24 hours in advance (Monday to Friday) to the assistant on number 078-6132717.

Or choose option 2 when calling; the recipe line.

You can record the prescription line with name, date of birth, when the appointment is scheduled and that you are unable to attend.

We will then hear this and remove the appointment from the agenda.

Are you not canceling in time? Then we may charge costs.
